Delivery, installation, removal
The visibility space is provided turnkey, but you may need to deliver materials (brochures, promotional items, etc.). Delivery is possible on Monday 5 October, only by attaching the information sheet below.
Attention : you must absolutely affix the completed delivery slip to each of your packages if you use a courier.
You also have the option of coming directly with your boxes on the 5 October, from 4:00 PM.
Monday, 5 October of From 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m..
Upon your arrival, your stand will be set up with all the elements indicated in your partner area, under the section "Your stand".
From 4pm onwards, you will be able to finalize the installation of your stand (documentation, goodies, etc).
For GOLD and SILVER partners You will be able to test your visuals for display on your screens. As a reminder, all technical information for media is available in your partner area.
The Palais Brongniart will close its doors at 6:00 PM.
In this case, AGEFI encourages you to:
· Limit paper distribution
· Limit the distribution of promotional items or favour digital or durable promotional items: the durable item must be durable by its use (reusable and not disposable), by its manufacture with a low environmental footprint, and by its use over time.
You are expected at 7:30 am.
A briefing will take place at 7:45 am in the center of the NEF.
The exhibition space closes at 6:30 pm.
We invite you to leave directly with your equipment on Tuesday 6 October before 7:00 PM.
You can have your equipment picked up by a courier the same evening, before 7:45 pm.
Attention : If you need to send a courier, you will simply need to leave your equipment at your stand.
You must affix the completed collection slip to each of your packages.
Your stand must be empty and all equipment must be collected no later than [date]. Tuesday 6 October before 7:45 PM (by a courier or yourself).
