INFORMATION

You have the number of collaborator badges indicated above depending on your partnership.

If you have a partner workshop and/or a presentation at a plenary conference: speakers are not included in the collaborator badges, please register them in the dedicated "presentation" bulletins in the "Your speech" section.

Each person from your company who will participate in Universwiftnet must be registered in order to have a badge, which is mandatory to access the event. Each person from your company who will participate in Universwiftnet must therefore be included in your badge quota, regardless of their profile (management, sales, marketing, communication, social networks, etc.), apart from speakers.

If you need additional badges, please request them from lplanchais@agefi.fr

The exhibition space is accessible without a badge only during assembly on 5 October from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
INTERVENTION

If you have a partner workshop, speakers must be registered only once in the “Your speaking engagement” tab.
ADDITIONAL BADGES

Please note that once you have exceeded your badge quota, you will no longer be able to register collaborators on this page.

Any request for an additional badge must be requested by email to lplanchais@agefi.fr and you will be charged the amount indicated below (for additions). Upon confirmation from the organizer, you will be able to register one or more new people on this page according to your request.

The deadline to purchase additional badges is 29 septembre

Please note that additional badges must be paid for before the day of the event.

For a collaborator badge: €600 excluding tax for the whole day
RECEIPT OF BADGES

Badges will be emailed to each registrant a few days before the event.
You can also find all of your employees' and speakers' badges for download on the platform, below.
If needed, badges can be printed on the day of the event, but this may take some time, so please do not forget your badge.

Please note that you will not be able to hand out badges to your employees at the stand as the badge is required to access the event.

Please note that badges are nominative, ID cards will be required to access the event.
